It’s About Time!
I’ve heard that phrase a lot since Patty and I announced our engagement on Valentine’s Day (2025), and it makes me smile. Both Patty and I were divorced in 2005. That’s a long time to be divorced, single or in a relationship. Why now? For me, I spend quite a bit of time thinking about “the inevitable”. You know what I mean? So when the final chapter is written, having Patty as my wife seems like a very righteous thing. And yes, it’s about time.
Family and Friends
I’m making this page a place to publish some photos and video of “the big day”. Many of our family and friends won’t be present for the ceremony which is totally alright. The way Patty and I describe it, “Our marriage will begin with a courthouse wedding in a brewery”. I say that just to set expectations. And only giving 6 weeks notice, we certainly didn’t everybody to change their plans or travel across the country… Anybody in the brewery that day shall be our guest.
